If your purchase included software games, you will need to download, install and register your games. Click on any of the links below to obtain the game(s) included with your purchase (ONLY INSTALL THE GAMES THAT COME WITH YOUR PURCHASE! If you are not sure, just ask us. Note that registered software is not refundable.

You can also call this number for questions about your order, or you need to make changes to your order. Please note, that none of our software games can be refunded once registered.
If your order included hardware, a quick-start guide will be included with your shipment which will help you get started with the setup and maintenance of your gear and basic software configuration instructions.
All shipments are shipped via FedEx ground. If a different method is preferred, please contact customer care. If you have entered your email address correctly, you will receive shipment notifications from FedEx.
